Launch of the publication "Entwicklungsgeschäfte – Geschäfte machen gegen Armut"

Business Development and reducing poverty can go hand in hand- that is the underlying idea of inclusive business models. The publication “Entwicklungsgeschäfte ” presents this innovative approach, explains step by step what to consider when implementing an inclusive business model and describes promising sectors and countries. The first primer on inclusive business models published in German provides companies with a practical overview on the topic and will facilitate their first step into a new market.

Program

After a short introduction and the presentation of the publication, representatives of companies and intermediaries talked about their experience with “Doing business against poverty“ in three brief discussion rounds. The following reception with fair-traded food and drinks provided space and time for networking.
