Expertise

Having studied, worked, lived and travelled in many places around the world has provided me with the global perspective I regard as indispensible for my current work. Nonetheless, I believe that the real challenges lie on a local level. My current interest thus focuses on how to generate innovative solutions for local challenges. I aim to find innovative ways of integrating local stakeholders in the development of solutions. My present research project is devoted to developing innovations for low-income customers in developing countries, taking their particular needs, living conditions as well as their ideas for suitable solutions into account.
